Yes I get get dreadful itching on my hands, feet, lower arms & legs. Nothing seems to help but I do use Eurax cream. Wherever it itches if I scratch it it comes up in big white blotches & puffs up. I do have some skin thickening on my hands.

Thank you for your response. It helps when I am able to talk to others with similar problems.

Are you on any meds for your scleroderma? You may be having a reaction to one of them. I had itching and hives when they upped my dose of d. penicillamene, so just had to go back to original dosage. Just a thought.

Actually the hives started really bad before I was diagnosed with the scleroderma. I had it diagnosed when I was younger and have been in remission all these years after 4 months of the birth of my child I was breaking out in terrible hives, so bad that covered my entire body and had to lay in an iced tub before I got into a doctor that discovered my scleroderma had come back. I am now on medicine for the scleroderma and raynuads. But still have itching terrible, I do not get the big hives that spread all over my body like before but the itching is constant.

hi, yes I most definately do! My head, chest and back currently. Initially, I had hives on both of my thighs (insides) but they have since subsided. My face and neck go through periods of itchiness and hive like bumps. I take an antibiotic when they appear and it works but only for my face. I am not taking anything for my Scleroderma. My face is a bit tighter from the condition and my hands are very stiff from it. Let me know if you find anything that helps it please. I live in Canada by the way.

They have me take methotrexate for the schleroderma and blood pressure medicine which helps with the raynauds. I also have to take a zyrtec 10mg at night, and allegra in the day to help with the hives. It does help some but I constantly itch it seems to be worse around my monthly cycle

I had hives and itching as well as burning when I was first diagnosed with Scleroderma . I take a Benadryl when I feel an attack coming on that usually helps
